做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
