做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
