做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
