做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
