做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
