做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。
