做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
