做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
