做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
