做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
