做(zuò )法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品(pǐn )尝。
