做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
