做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
