做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
