做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
