在这(zhè )个时节(jiē )该如(rú )何(hé )调理养生(shēng )?宋曙霞认为,在饮食(shí )上可多(duō )吃有芬芳气味的蔬菜(cài ),如韭菜、香菜、葱、蒜(suàn )、荠菜、香椿等,以疏肝柔肝。另外,俗(sú )语(yǔ )称“春(chūn )日吃春芽”,也就是(shì )说这个(gè )季(jì )节可吃(chī )鲜绿的嫩芽,比如(rú )豆芽、蒜苗、豆苗、莴苣等,禁食或少食辛辣刺激(jī )食物,以(yǐ )免肝火上炎。
