做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
