做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
