做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
