做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。
