做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
