做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
