做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
