做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
