做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
