做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
