做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
