做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
