做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
