做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
