做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
