做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
