做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
