做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
