做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
