做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
