做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的(de )鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。
