做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
