做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
