做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
