做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
