做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
