做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。
