做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
