做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
