做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
