做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
