做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
