做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
