做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。
